Kamruddin Rahmanji Bagasrawala emigrated to Aden, Yemen from India from 1925 to 1930 during the British Raj and set up a business developing attars and bakhoors for the Middle East. In 1936-1940, he developed and launched Ruh-al-Ruh, which took the market by storm and inspires many variations of attars even today.

Qamar Perfumes was set up in 2005 in the UAE by his youngest son Asgarali as an ode to his Middle Eastern and Indian heritage. Our sole purpose is to develop bespoke fragrances at affordable prices that when applied, will catch the attention of your friends and colleagues.

 

All our products, ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّٰهِ‎, are very well received in the market, but our personal favourite is Maryam. A distinct, yet nostalgic concoction of Oud, Amber and Saffron which has received praise from international consumers in India to the U.S.A.
